Pilates strengthens your core, boosts flexibility and leaves you feeling good all over. It can even help improve your sleep, posture and focus – and give your immune system a lift too.
Mat Pilates works your whole body – especially your core. It’s not just about strength and control, though. It can lift your energy, ease stress and give your mind a reset too.

Reformer Pilates at David Lloyd Meridian Eppendorf gives you a premium workout on top-of-the-range kit. With a moving carriage, adjustable springs, straps and pulleys, you’ll stretch, strengthen and sculpt like never before. And the excitement doesn’t stop there as Reformer Pilates is also coming to David Lloyd Meridian Wandsbek this January, bringing the same dynamic, high-performance experience to even more members. Get ready to feel the difference!
Reformer Pilates uses a sleek machine with a moving platform – called the carriage – that glides on rails. It’s connected to springs, so you can dial the resistance up or down and get a workout that works for you.
The perfect companion for your visit to the Club
Whether it’s leggings and a t-shirt or shorts and a sports bra – wear what moves with you. Choose kit that’s comfortable, stylish and lets you stretch freely. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are a must – it’s all about feeling grounded and in control.
You can book your Pilates class in the Club or through the app – whatever works for you. And if you can’t make it one week, no problem. Just book in for the next one and jump straight back in when you’re ready.
Members need to book your Pilates class in advance – and you can do that up to 9 days before the session. If the class you want is full, don’t worry. Just pop yourself on the waitlist for your preferred time. As soon as a space opens up, we’ll let you know so you can jump in.
