What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is personalised support designed around your goals. Whether you want to build strength, improve fitness or boost your wellbeing, our qualified coaches create a plan just for you.

It’s not just about workouts – your coach can also offer guidance on nutrition, recovery and outdoor training. They’re there to motivate, support and help you get results.

Where and when does Personal Training take place?

That’s up to you. You can train outdoors or in the fitness area at David Lloyd Meridian – whatever suits you best. Prefer working out at home on your own? Your trainer can help you build a plan to follow there too. Just chat with your Personal Trainer about what works for you, and we’ll make it happen.

What does Personal Training cost?

Prices vary depending on the Trainer. Pop into your Club to see who’s available, check out their specialisms and find the right fit for you. You can chat with them directly and see what works best for your goals and budget.

How to start Personal Training?

Kickstart is the perfect way to begin your Personal Training journey. It’s a relaxed introduction where you’ll get to know the studio, set your goals with a trainer, and receive a plan designed just for you. After completing your three Kickstart sessions, keep the momentum going with regular Personal Training. Available to all members in 45- or 60-minute sessions, your trainer will push you further, keep you motivated, and help you achieve results you didn’t think possible. Book in at the club and take your training to the next level.
