Kickstart is the perfect way to begin your Personal Training journey. It’s a relaxed introduction where you’ll get to know the studio, set your goals with a trainer, and receive a plan designed just for you. After completing your three Kickstart sessions, keep the momentum going with regular Personal Training. Available to all members in 45- or 60-minute sessions, your trainer will push you further, keep you motivated, and help you achieve results you didn’t think possible. Book in at the club and take your training to the next level.
