In this sauna, it’s all about the experience. Every 12 minutes, the infusion cone glows a new colour and fills the air with fresh eucalyptus. At 90°C and 20–25% humidity, it’s the perfect reset. Available at Alstertal, Eppendorf and Spandau Arcaden (Berlin).

This Finnish sauna is a calm space just for women. A copper kettle releases changing aromatic blends that soothe the airways. With 75–80°C heat and 15–20% humidity. Available at Wandsbek and Skyline Plaza (Frankfurt).
