Our group cycling classes are built to get your heart racing and your legs moving. From top-spec studios and exclusive bikes to on-site sessions and virtual rides, you’ll have everything you need to push your fitness further.
The perfect companion for your visit to the Club
Group cycling classes and many more are part of your membership. You can view the timetable for group classes for each of our clubs online or in the David Lloyd mobile app.
You can check when your favourite cycling class is on by viewing your Club’s timetable – either online or in the David Lloyd app. Booking is easy too. You can do it in the app or at the Club, and for some classes, you’ll even be able to book a specific bike.
Our expert trainers will ensure you feel at ease in every class and will welcome you and help you to set your bike up correctly. If you are new to a class, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes early to help with your set up and to introduce you to the class. To get the most from each session, we recommend you wear cycle shoes to improve your contact with the pedal and to enhance your efficiency.
