Spa treatment booking policy

Please arrive at your chosen venue 15 minutes before the start of your treatment and at least 5 minutes before in the Face & Body area. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened by the same duration.
Please bring a shower towel, bathrobe and your own bathing shoes. Alternatively you can rent these on a temporary basis from reception however you will need to purchase bathing shoes.
After each massage, even as a non-member, you will have 30 minutes of time to rest in the wellness area, shower and change. After all Ayurvedic treatments you can use the recovery area for 45 minutes. If this time is exceeded, we will charge up to the corresponding valid day ticket.
Should you not be able to make your appointment you can reschedule or cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation or change at shorter notice, we will charge the full treatment price.
The price for day guests includes a service charge per treatment.
