The Meridian Spa & Fitness mobile app is compatible with iOS devices (iOS 11.0 or later) and Android devices on OS 5.0 or later.
If you're on a mobile, you can download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Or, you can view all the great content on your desktop by clicking here.
Registering and downloading the app
How do I register on the mobile app? Once you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, open it up and tap ‘Create Account’. You'll need to add a few personal details including your membership number (this can be found on your membership card in the top left corner.
I can’t find my membership number to register This can be found on your membership card in the top left corner.
Problems logging in
I’m trying to log in but the app isn’t recognising my password Passwords are case sensitive, so check that you’re entering the correct characters. If this doesn’t work, try resetting your password by clicking ‘Reset password’. You’ll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password. If after this, you’re still having problems logging in, please email us at [email protected]
I’ve forgotten my password If you’ve forgotten your password, open the app and tap ‘Forgot password’ on the home screen. Enter your email address into the field and click 'Reset password'. You'll then be sent an email containing a link to set a new password.
My verification email hasn’t arrived First of all please check your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us on [email protected]
Using the app
How do I update my app to the latest version? Keeping your app up-to-date helps make sure you’re seeing the latest content and improvements. You can set your phone to update apps automatically whenever a new version is available or use the steps below to update manually. Updating an iPhone: Tap the App Store icon and then Tap the Account section in the top right corner. Under ‘Available updates’ find the Meridian Spa & Fitness app. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version. Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.) Updating an Android: Open the Google Play Store app and Tap Menu > My apps & games. Apps with an update available are labelled 'Update'. (If there’s no update showing then that means you’re on the latest version). Tap ‘Update’. (It’s best to make sure you’re on Wifi when you do this.)
I am having issues with the mobile app, what should I do? Please email [email protected] with your name, membership number and details of the issue. Someone will respond to your request as soon as possible.
How do I download the latest version of the app? Visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search 'Meridian Spa'. Once you find the app, it will say 'UPDATE' if you don't have the latest version.
How do I change my email address? If you need to change your email address, then please email [email protected]
How can I change my password? You can change your password on the app login screen.
Can I use the app on my iPad? Yes. When you search for the app in AppStore, ensure you change the setting to search for iPhone apps. Your search will then include all iPhone apps too. To access our app in a browser please go to https://meridianspa.de/meridian-app/
How do I find out more about booking classes? You can view the class booking policy here
When will I be able to book spa treatments through the app? We’re always working on improvements to our app and both Meridian Spa & Fitness members and non-members will be able to book spa treatments through it soon. We’ll let you know as soon as this feature is available.
How do I pay for a spa booking? All spa bookings can be paid for in the Club when you arrive for your treatment.
Can I buy day passes and vouchers through the app? We’re always working on improvements to our app and the ability to buy day passes and vouchers through the app will be available soon. We’ll let you know as soon as this feature is available.
