Personal training is broad and consists of joint fitness sessions, personal advice on nutrition and health, as well as outdoor workouts such as running and cycling. Your personal trainer accompanies you on your way to your goal and is at your side with advice and motivation.
Where and when does personal training take place?
You decide where you want to train: it can be at home, in the office, at Meridian Spandau Arcaden or outdoors in the fresh air. And the time? You can also determine this according to your personal preferences.

What does personal training cost?
The cost of personal training is agreed directly between you and the personal trainer.
If you're not yet a member you can still train up to three times with your personal trainer in Meridian Spandau Arcaden for a fee of 10 Euros per session.
