IGNITE: Overcome your limits!
Want to burn off some energy? Then come to our HIIT fitness class in Berlin. IGN1TE was developed exclusively by David Lloyd Clubs - inspired by mixed martial arts. The classes put your whole body to the test - kicking, punching, jumping, running and pushing yourself to the limit. At the end, there is a final round in which you have to complete as many repetitions as possible. Our expert trainers will get the most out of every session, leaving you full of positive endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of the day.
Give yourself time for a moment of escape with SPIRIT, our latest holistic class. SPIRIT has been exclusively created by David Lloyd Clubs and combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout.
