At the end of August, the latest stage of our €20 million investment plan began at our David Lloyd Meridian Clubs. Be inspired by the unique fitness lofts, state-of-the-art gyms and stylish lounges that complement our enchanting wellness oases. We are delighted to present the result to you:

New classes

SPIRIT, the harmonious combination of yoga, Pilates and meditation as well as IGN1TE, our high impact class that includes kicking, punching, running and jumping, have already launched across all the clubs. More new and exciting classes will follow as the lofts are completed. Don’t miss out on CYCLONE and RHYTHM, our two exclusive, super exciting indoor cycling formats. Both combine the awesome intensity of a group cycle class with high energy music and our fantastic instructors driving you on to your fitness goals.

High Impact Loft

Get excited for a new High Impact Loft with state-of-the-art equipment for challenging cardio and strength training in a group – like IGN1TE: Inspired by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), our new class format lets you train your entire body – to music that is full of energy.

Spirit Loft

Let go, relax and recharge your batteries: The new Spirit Loft is a place of tranquility, where the perception of one's own body plays an important role. Discover here – for example in yoga classes – how you can become more aware of your body and thus leave everyday stress behind.

Training area and equipment upgrade

We'll give our training area a revised modern look with newly designed floors and walls. Also new: an extensive device upgrade! Look forward to the latest generation of fitness equipment that will make your training even easier, more efficient and more individual.

Clubroom and Business Lounge

A cool Clubroom with café and Fitbar – the perfect place to recharge your batteries thanks to healthy snacks and delicious coffee specialities! Also new: a business lounge with Wi-Fi network and power sockets, inviting you to work in a relaxed atmosphere.

Changing area

As you continue through the club the premium upgrades will carry you through into newly refurbished changing rooms. In this modern, stylish space, we’re installing a fabulous vanity area. The perfect lighting will help to ensure that you can finesse your style in comfort and leave feeling and looking on top of the world!

Reception area

From the moment you step through the door of the newly completed club you will be greeted by an updated premium reception area to welcome you. But that's not all: We will also simplify our processes – for example, check-in for our members will be even faster.

Meridini

Our Meridini is getting a makeover, too! Two new activity areas alongside a brand-new toddler area will invite our younger guests to play while you enjoy your time in the club.

BLAZE – Our brand new HIIT class

Saving the best for last? We're putting our highlights first: Get exited for BLAZE! Delivered by our master instructors in a purpose-built studio, fully equipped with the perfect mix of strength, tone and cardio kit, BLAZE is unique to David Lloyd clubs. Phenomenally popular in the UK and across our other European clubs we are excited to be bringing BLAZE to your club. Compete with everyone in the class to bring the highest intensity you can for the full 45 min. Our instructors will motivate and guide you and the on-screen leader board will drive you to best your best.
