Do you want to really work out, but don't like complicated movements? Our ​​"Movement & Energy" classes represent optimal endurance training. Jumping Fitness combines trampoline jumping with jumps, steps and combinations of aerobics and various elements from weight training.

Would you like to strengthen your body and get it in shape? Our "Energy & Strength" classes offer a variety of strength training options that take place in the pool, the class loft or in the equipment area. Do you love dance, choreography and movement?
