Do you want to really work out, but don't like complicated movements? Our "Movement & Energy" classes represent optimal endurance training. Jumping Fitness combines trampoline jumping with jumps, steps and combinations of aerobics and various elements from weight training.
Would you like to strengthen your body and get it in shape? Our "Energy & Strength" classes offer a variety of strength training options that take place in the pool, the class loft or in the equipment area. In our functional area you can experience a multidimensional workout with your own body weight. Let off steam at the "Queenax the Cross 4+" tower, with the sledge or on the SKILLMILL.
Do you prefer strength training in a quiet atmosphere? Then our "Strength & Tranquillity" classes are ideal for you. Whether classic back classes, or special hour formats, the body is always trained holistically and effectively.BODYBALANCE® is a yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout by Les Mills that promotes flexibility and strength and gives you a centred, calm feeling.
Would you like to leave the stress of everyday life behind you? In our "Rest & Relaxation" classes, calm movements and slow exercises relieve tension in body and mind. Simply be stress-free! Who doesn't want that every now and then? Due to the physical and mental relaxation that occurs during relaxation hypnosis, the body can relax completely and the stress decreases.
Do you love dance, choreography and movement? Choose between classic step and aerobics classes, different dance styles and classic dance classes.LES MILLS BARRE ™ is a modern interpretation of classical ballet. A full body workout to shape lean muscles and strengthen the core. No ballet bar is used, so the focus is on the muscles to give the body stability and strength.
