You want to leave the stress of everyday life behind you? In our relaxation classes, calm movements and slow exercises release the tension from your body and mind. Finally, you can take a deep breath and let the stress of everyday life roll off your back. You can do this with fascia or mobility training, which is all about loosening and elasticising your muscles. But you can also relax with Qi Gong or classical meditation, where breathing and concentration are trained to ensure lasting peace within you.
