What does personal training include?
Personal training includes athletic training together with your trainer, health and nutrition advice, outdoor activities (walking, running, swimming, etc.), relaxation, coaching and much more. You always have your trainer at your side, who will provide you with comprehensive support, motivation and ensure that you enjoy the training.
Where and when does personal training take place?
Personal training takes place where you want it: at home, in the office or at Meridian Spa & Fitness. Choose the time that suits you - whether early in the morning, during the lunch break or in the evening.
What experience do our personal trainers have?
Our personal trainers are highly qualified and have a wide range of experience in sports and health. They also constantly receive further training based on the latest research.
What does personal training cost?
You agree the fee directly with your personal trainer.
If you are not yet a member of Meridian, you can still use one of our clubs together with one of our personal trainers (up to three occasions) for €10 per visit.
