With the MERIDINI KIDS club, you get both: childcare and time for yourself. At David Lloyd Meridian Alstertal, our qualified and friendly team cares for children up to 5 years old – while you train, swim, or relax in the sauna without interruption. Childcare is available during the day from Monday to Saturday and is aligned with the adult class schedule – so you’ll never have to miss your favourite class.

Take a break – we’ll take care of the rest. At MERIDINI KIDS, children aged 4 to 8 enjoy creative playtime. Meanwhile, you’re free to get active in the gym or unwind in the spa. Treat yourself to movement, relaxation, and a moment that’s all yours.

REBELS group fitness classes

At David Lloyd Meridian Alstertal, REBELS BLAZE gets the whole family moving. This high-energy workout is designed for children aged 8 and up – and their parents. Train together, push your limits, and grow as a true team. Get stronger, have fun, and reach your goals – side by side.

For a calmer yet equally rewarding experience, try REBELS SPIRIT – a specially adapted version of yoga and Pilates for kids aged 8 and over. It helps young participants build strength, flexibility, and focus while developing a sense of inner balance and body awareness.
