Hatha Yoga is the basis of our yoga formats. In these classes the basic elements of yoga are learned, in which physical exercises (asanas) are combined with breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided deep relaxation.
Would you like to leave the stress of everyday life behind you? In our "Rest & Relaxation" classes, the tension in body and mind is released through calm movements and slow exercises.
Do you love dance, choreography and movement? Choose between classic step and aerobics classes, different dance styles and classic dance classes.
Antara® focuses on the core system, the deepest muscle layer in the torso. The core system is responsible for the stability and protection of the back, for the shape of the abdomen, for the strength of the pelvic floor and for functional breathing. Building on the core system, Antara® works on posture and improving strength and mobility.
