You can get a good overview of the qualifications and focus of our personal trainers using the profile cards. If you are interested in working with one of the trainers, you are welcome to contact him directly - you will find the contact details on the profile card.

What does personal training include?

There are no limits to joint personal training whether indoor and outdoor workouts, health and nutritional advice or relaxation methods. Your trainer is always there to advise you, provides an extra boost of motivation and puts a smile on your face.

Where and when does personal training take place?

Regardless of whether it's at your home at sunrise, during your lunch break at the Outer Alster, or after work at Meridian Am Michel, you decide the location and time of the personal training.

What qualifies our personal trainers?

Our personal trainers have first-class qualifications and an extensive repertoire of experience in sport and health. Through constant further training, they are always up to date with the latest training research.

How much does personal training cost?

You can agree the final cost with your trainer directly. If you're not a member of Meridian Am Michel you can still train with your personal trainer up to three times for an additional usage fee of 10 Euros per visit.
