Would you like to strengthen your body and get it in shape? Our “Energy & Strength” classes represent a varied strength training program - regardless of whether they take place in the pool, in the loft or in the equipment area.
Our dynamic Power Workout class combines endurance training for the upper and lower body with functional strengthening exercises for the core and athletic movements. Since alternative variants with lower intensity are offered to intensive exercises, the 45-minute class is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
This intensive full-body workout promotes concentration, strength and flexibility. The conscious breathing in combination with the tension of the corresponding muscle groups also supports the detoxification of the body and activates the nervous system and the blood circulation.
Would you like to leave the stress of everyday life behind you? In our "Rest & Relaxation" classes, the tension in body and mind is released through calm movements and slow exercises.
In these classes, the joints are mobilized and the muscles relaxed. Stretching exercises create mobility and flexibility for the whole body! This class is rounded off with a calming relaxation session.
Do you love dance, choreography and movement? Choose from the “Dance & Choreography” classes including classic step and aerobics classes, different dance styles and classic dance classes.
Our classes incorporate movement concepts from eastern techniques such as Tai Chi, Taekwondo, Aikido, yoga, plus western forms of dance and body therapy. The classes train the body (coordination, flexibility, strength, endurance), promote concentration and relax the mind.
