The benefits of strength endurance training

The right combination of strengthening your muscles and endurance is definitely relevant for your everyday life. If you always find yourself sweaty and out of breath after climbing the stairs or carrying a crate of drinks, then strength endurance training is for you. But this form of training also plays an important role in many sports, for example boxing, running, cycling, cross-country skiing and especially rowing. How to improve your strength endurance training

If we had to define strength endurance training in one sentence, it would be: many repetitions, but with little weight. In concrete terms, this means: if you want to increase your strength endurance, it is best to do exercises with 40-60% of your maximum strength - for this you repeat the exercise about 10-20 times. This is best done in 3-5 sets, each with a break of 60 seconds. But apart from the technical execution, which you can ensure with the help of a personal trainer, there are other aspects that facilitate optimal strength endurance training:
