The care includes sports training, health and nutrition advice, outdoor activities and much more. Your personal coach is always available to provide you with motivation and advice.

You can design your personal training individually: you decide whether you want to train at home, outdoors or in Meridian. Simply discuss your wishes with your personal trainer.

What does personal training cost?
The cost of personal training varies from trainer to trainer. Even as a non-member, you have the opportunity to use the facilities and training equipment together with one of our personal trainers for 10 Euros per visit (up to three times).
