What does personal training include?
Personal training describes the individualised and effective care by trained trainers who adapt to your wishes and goals. The support includes sports training, health and nutrition advice, outdoor activities and much more. Your personal coach is always there to motivate and advise you. Detailed information is available on site at the club.
Where and when does personal training take place?
Your personal training can be tailored to your individual needs: You decide whether you want to train at home, outdoors or in our fitness area at David Lloyd Meridian. Simply discuss your wishes with your personal trainer.
What does personal training cost?
The costs for personal training vary from trainer to trainer. Find out about the selection of our personal trainers and the respective costs on site at our club and get to know each other directly.
How do I start my personal training?
You can take advantage of our personal training as a member. The personal training sessions last 45 or 60 minutes and can be arranged directly with the trainer team at the club.

Motivation: Insufficient training can often be the biggest barrier to progress. With scheduled 1:1 sessions, you are more likely to feel called to hit the gym floor regularly and prove your performance to yourself and to personal trainers.
