The holistic concept combines classical yoga postures with Pilates to create a unique blend of calm movements, flexibility and targeted muscle strengthening. Leave any remaining tension behind you during the final sound meditation.
Feldenkrais
Harmony between body and mind through consciously guided movements and improvement of body awareness - this is the focus of our relaxation courses based on the famous Feldenkrais method. Develop a new awareness of your movements and consciously leave everyday life completely behind you.
