Bootcamp training is a broad-based strength and endurance training. The training units vary and mainly include functional exercises with your own body weight, which are performed with high intensity. Some of the work is also done with aids.

The dynamic workout outdoor course combines strength endurance training for the upper and lower body with functional strengthening exercises for the torso and athletic movements. As alternative lower-intensity versions of intensive exercises are offered, the course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced participants.

A cardiovascular workout in which the upper body is also active through the use of special poles. A joint-friendly alternative to jogging! Nordic Walking keeps the whole body flexible and fit, gets the circulation going and boosts calorie consumption.
Rental poles are provided free of charge.
