Discover our MERIDINI KIDS Club (0 to 6 years): a safe place where your children can develop in a wide range of activities. Our MERIDINI KIDS programme (4 to 8 years) with over 15 hours of activities per week from Scooter Squad to LEGO® Squad to Art & Design will make your little ones shine. Book a slot for your child now - either at the reception or via our David Lloyd Meridian App.
And for the kids over 8, David Lloyd Barmbek offers Rebels BLAZE, Rebels SPIRIT and Rebels IGN1TE - fitness classes that both kids and parents can enjoy!
A gym with childcare - for babies and children from 0 to 5 years old
With the MERIDINI KIDS Club you can do both: a gym and childcare. Because here at David Lloyd Meridian Eppendorf, our highly qualified staff will supervise all children up to 5 years, whilst you can spend time undisturbed in our gym, pool or sauna.
The crèche is available during the day from Monday to Saturday with sessions running alongside our adult class timetable, you'll never have to miss your fitness class again.
Our childcare for your kids from 4 to 8 years old
Whether you're looking for action or fancy a creative craft, you're sure to find what you're looking for in our exciting programme! Particular favourites include Scooter Squad, Cinema Club, Art & Design and Football Squad.
All kids' classes are timed around our adult class schedule, so you can make the most of the club while your young ones are entertained. We also offer a crèche for very little ones.
Activities for kids aged 8+
Spending time together is important. That’s why we have fitness classes that are open to families with children aged 8 and above. Try exciting workouts in Rebels BLAZE or find your inner zen with Rebels SPIRIT, whatever you choose, David Lloyd Barmbek has the class suited to you.
- Rebels BLAZE combines cardio and strength training, but in a specially designed child-friendly way. After all, from improved cardiovascular health to greater strength and stamina, children can enjoy the benefits of HIIT in a lot of the same ways that adults can.
- Rebels SPIRIT is a fusion of yoga, Pilates and meditation designed to help you and your children to slow down and focus through a range of postures and movements
- Rebels IGN1TE allows you and your kids to kick, punch and jump your way through our child-friendly choreographed cardio-based workout. Rebels IGN1TE is perfect for families looking for a high-energy cardio and strength workout that combines athletic and martial arts-based movements.
A paradise for your little ones - and comfort for you
Our MERIDINI KIDS programme is not the only place prepared for even our youngest of guests. In our Clubroom, a delicious children's menu awaits our youngest guests - and a play kitchen for all those who want to practise cooking. There is also a ramp for prams allowing plenty of space for you and them.
