The classic among them is the Abhyanga full body massage. Translated, Abhyanga means "the great oiling". Warm oils are an integral part of Ayurvedic massages and in combination with trained grip techniques, waste products are released, the nervous system is brought into harmony and the energy flow in your body is activated.

Abhyanga - Ayurvedic full body massage (approx. 50/80 minutes)

Relaxed from head to toe: In this treatment, your whole body is massaged with plenty of warm oil in an interplay of gentle and powerful movements. Toxins are released and your nervous system is harmonized. The immune system is strengthened and the flow of energy in your body is activated.

Abhyanga with Shirodara - Ayurvedic full body massage with oil on the forehead (approx. 75 minutes)

Give your nervous system peace and balance with what is probably the most famous application of Ayurveda - the forehead oil pouring. During this treatment, warm oil flows gently over your forehead and is concluded with a final head massage.

Ayurvedic back massage (approx. 40 minutes)

Deeply effective massage grips in connection with a high-quality herbal oil relieve tension in the back, neck and shoulder area. An effective massage from India to regenerate your body that has been tried and tested for centuries.

Mukabhyanga - Ayurvedic face and head massage (approx. 40 minutes)

Padabhyanga - Ayurvedic foot massage (approx. 40 minutes)

A treat for your feet: your feet are kneaded up to the knees with warm oil. Different reflex zones of our feet have a direct effect on individual body zones and organs. With the stimulation of these pressure points, disharmonies in our body are brought back into balance.
