From 01. April we start again with a diverse outdoor fitness offer for you! Find the perfect course for you here - then simply register and train together with our professional trainers in the fresh air for free!
We welcome the sun up on our beautiful ship deck. Yoga is a holistic training for physical vitality and inner serenity. Beginners and advanced participants are welcome to join this course. In case of bad weather, the course will take place in the Spirit Loft.

The ingenious combination of Nordic Walking and functional training is an extreme booster for your physical fitness, immune system and well-being! Nordic Walking is gentle, but is considered one of the most effective health sports of all. You train posture and flexibility, strengthen the cardiovascular system and train strength and coordination. This course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced walkers.
Walking sticks are not a must!

We move our classic full-body workout out into the fresh air with a view of the sky and sun on your face. The focus is on strength and endurance. The abdomen, legs, buttocks, back, arms and shoulders are trained. The aim is to strengthen the muscles and bring them into shape. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

In this class, one of our run coaches will guide you to a healthy, economical running style. Through running style analysis, running ABC and interval runs you will soon master any distance. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced runners. You will run approx. 4-5 km.
