Aquafitness is perfectly suited as a whole-body workout that is easy on the joints, for getting fit or staying fit. Train your strength, endurance and coordination with our water gymnastics. For more intensity in our aqua workout, additional equipment such as a pool noodle or dumbbells are used.
Aqua Cardio
Our aqua fitness class Aqua Cardio has a cardiovascular focus and primarily serves to strengthen your muscles and optimise your cardiovascular system. A main focus is on exercises for arms, shoulders, legs and torso. In addition, our Aqua Cardio class will help you gain more strength and endurance.
